COLLEEN HOOVER MAYBE NOW SERIES
I don’t know maybe it’s just because things didn’t as I had expected and I’m being cranky about it.The long-awaited finale to the New York Times bestselling Maybe Someday series returns with all the characters you fell in love with. But thats just me being picky! Maybe Someday is such perfection though and this felt not as refined. Being an RN I have trouble when things don’t add up how I know they should. Butthere were things w/ Maggies condition and her dependency on Ridge that felt off to me and bugged me. I loved Warren and Bridget in this book!!! They were fantastic! Ridge was a sweetheart and a great book boyfriend to Sydney and I liked seeing their relationship grow more. Then the narrator who spoke for Jake made a weird noise w/ his S’s and he always sounded like he was reading instead of just being natural. We didn’t really see their relationship grow either. It starts out like that but then we are never shown anything else like that again so she only spent one day doing something fun and outrageous. I was hoping she’d meet this crazy fun adventurous guy who got her out to do all kinds of crazy stuff and we’d see them fl in love. I am a little disappointed that there wasn’t more of Maggie and Jakes progress of their relationship. There were things I absolutely loved and things I didn’t find authentic. I liked being able to find out what happens w/ these characters. I was hoping for more fun and excitement for Maggie This is the book right after Maybe Someday. I was hoping for more fun and excitement for Maggie Maggie’s voice in this book is who I picture Syd but that’s ok it works. I wished Sydney’s narrator had been the same. The narration, I loved Zachary Webber in the first and I loved him in the second. I just love how these books make me feel like anything is possible. I also loved getting more of the band and Ridge’s brother that was nice we didn’t really get much of them in the first book but we got more of them in this one. Warren is still Warren gotta love the man. I love how unapologetic Bridget is she is just herself take it or leave it.
COLLEEN HOOVER MAYBE NOW CRACK
Bridget and Warren omg these two crack me up and are soo, soo 100% made for each other. It made me appreciate her a little more I think because she really took a look at what others in her circle were trying to say. Seeing her understand that her illness isn’t just about her really made me think back to the first book. Maggie is and will always be a part of their lives and finding a new normal is not going to happen overnight. It’s the tough stuff that makes you stronger and I think they did a good job at communicating and listening to the other person to make it work. I love how it wasn’t as easy as one would think. Ridge and Sydney navigating a new relationship, which is so OMG sweet. This book takes the best parts of Maybe Someday and gives you bonus stories after bonus stories. Maybe Now starts right were Maybe Someday ends, how awesome is this! I didn’t know what to expect going in but I can tell you I wasn’t expecting that. But if she’s going to move past this jealousy, she’ll need to reconcile how she and Ridge came together with the fact that Maggie will always be in their lives somehow…or end up walking away from the man she loves so much.įeaturing new songs by Griffin Peterson, this emotive and satisfying finale proves that maybe someday might be right now.

Maggie keeps Ridge updated on her adventures, but he can’t help but worry, even as Sydney grows more and more suspicious about their friendship. When she comes across an old list of things she wanted to do “maybe one of these days,” Maggie decides to live life to the fullest and accomplish these dreams. But as the two of them navigate this freedom, Warren and Bridgette’s relationship is as tumultuous as ever, and Maggie grapples with her illness. Ridge and Sydney are thrilled to finally be together guilt-free. What is more important? Friendship, loyalty, or love?
